First, We provide all the Gym Insight training you need, for free, from our dedicated customer service team. We recommend three software training sessions, but some find that they’re comfortable after two. That’s because Gym Insight itself is so intuitive and easy to learn. Second, we’re standing by with full-time Customer Support, so if you need a refresher or clarification, or if any issues come up, give us a call. Finally, you have access to our ever-growing Knowledge Base full of help articles and FAQs, with step-by-step examples of how to perform common tasks.

We handle member data transfers with the highest priority. We've performed data transfers from all of the biggest vendors in our industry and we can usually complete your member transfer within 24-hours. If we make any mistakes on your member import, we will redo the import until we get it right.
